Artisans Hand Craft Gallery, a juried gallery, has been in operation since 1978.  In addition to being one of Montpelier’s premier businesses, it also has the distinction of having been designated as a Vermont State Craft Center. This is a “seal of approval” given by the State of Vermont to galleries that meet a strict set of standards for quality and diversity of crafts.

It’s possible to arrange a purchase via email.  I can forward a photo, price and description of something a customer has seen in person or on this site, or of work that I have on hand.  Payment can be by credit card through the Square processing system or by check.

Private Shows:
Local customers often contact me if they need a gift or item for their own use.  I gladly accommodate them by having them visit for a special showing of the products they are interested in.  As much lead time as possible is helpful, but I have done this on very short notice.
